Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DivineSuccess Flow LLP (trading as “Divine Success Flow”; “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Divine Teams AI Platform (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account data: email address, name, and authentication identifiers — managed by our authentication provider Clerk.
Telegram link data: Telegram ID and (where available) Telegram username — used to authorise the bot to talk to you.
Usage data:messages you send to the bot, sub-agent invocations, daily task counters, and timestamps — shown to you in your dashboard's usage history.
Payment data: processed entirely by our payment partner (Polar). We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials — we receive only a transaction confirmation and identifier.
Technical data: standard request log information such as IP address and browser type.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to: operate the Service (route your messages to AI teammates, enforce subscription limits, deliver outputs); process payments and manage subscriptions; maintain your account; provide support; and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party processors

We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors, each of whom operates under its own privacy terms:
  • Clerk — authentication and identity
  • Supabase — application database and file storage
  • Polar — payment processing and subscription billing
  • Telegram — message delivery (your username, ID, and messages route through Telegram)
  • AI model providers, web scraping, and content tools — used only when you ask the Service to perform a task that requires them
  • Hostinger — server hosting (Mumbai region)

4. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see §6); we will delete your personal data except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax and transaction records, typically up to 8 years under Indian law).

5. Data location and transfer

Account and usage data are stored in our Supabase project in the AWS ap-south-1 region (Mumbai). Some processors (Clerk, Polar, Telegram, AI model providers) may operate outside India. By using the Service you consent to such cross-border transfer for service-operation purposes.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right, email support@divinesuccessflow.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe (and within statutory windows where applicable, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR where it applies to you).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information: TLS encryption in transit; row-scoped server-side access controls; secrets stored in environment variables; bot-token-gated internal APIs. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we follow least-privilege principles across our infrastructure and review our practices regularly.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising trackers.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Changes & contact
