Refunds & Cancellations

You may request a full refund of any subscription fee within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal date. No explanation is required. We process all eligible refund requests promptly.

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No card is required to begin. If you do not subscribe, you are never charged and no refund is necessary.

Email support@divinesuccessflow.com from the email address registered on your account, within 14 days of the charge. Include the order or subscription reference if you have it. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process the refund within 5–10 business days from approval. Funds are returned to your original payment method by our merchant of record (Polar).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or by emailing support. After cancellation you retain access through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not constitute a refund request — to request a refund within the 14-day window, please email us as above.
