Divine Teams provides access to specialised AI teammates via the Telegram bot @DivineAITeamsBot and the web dashboard at divineteams.ai. Outputs include research, content, design, code, scheduling, and related digital deliverables. The Service is a productivity tool; DivineSuccess Flow LLP does not guarantee any specific business, financial, legal, medical, or employment outcome.

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One Telegram identity may be linked to one Divine Teams account at a time.

The Service is offered on a 7-day free trial and three paid subscription plans (Ignite, Surge, Legion) at monthly or annual frequency. Current plans and prices are listed at /pricing. Subscriptions are sold and billed through:

• Polar (Polar Software Inc.) — acting as our Merchant of Record for global card payments

Prices may be updated with prior notice; existing subscriptions remain at their original price until next renewal.

You agree not to: (a) misuse or interfere with the Service; (b) attempt to breach security, scrape our infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits; (c) resell or sublicense access without our written consent; (d) use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or abusive activity. You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send to or receive from the Service and for compliance with applicable laws.

The Service relies on third-party AI model providers, payment processors, data storage providers, and (when you trigger it) public web data via tools such as FireCrawl and Apify. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or actions of third parties whose data is fetched, processed, or referenced.

The Service, its software, prompts, teammate personas, and Divine Teams catalog are owned by DivineSuccess Flow LLP. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process it solely to provide the Service. Outputs you generate via the Service may be used by you for any lawful purpose.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of DivineSuccess Flow LLP arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy (14-day full-refund window).

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the dashboard at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
